$500 for three months

  • Personalized weekly training program

  • Four calls: Introductory call to chat program overview and goals, followed by three 30min monthly check-ins to discuss progress (call scheduling responsibility is on athlete)

  • This program is perfect for athletes looking to prepare for an upcoming event and need help staying consistent and accountable to their goals.


Performance

$250 per month

  • Personalized weekly training program

  • Weekly communication via text or email + monthly in-depth data driven training analysis

  • 1 x60min monthly phone call (call scheduling responsibility is on athlete)

  • 48 hour response time for text and email communication

  • A program for the motivated athlete that focuses on utilizing proven training metrics and a physiological approach tailored for each individual.

  • Three month minimum

  • Daily communication via text or phone call with consistent in-depth data driven training analysis

  • 2x60min monthly phone call (call scheduling responsibility is on athlete)

  • Day of response time for text and email communication

  • Regular lactate and power threshold testing (Maine based athletes only)

  • This program will challenge any athlete looking to take their fitness to a highly competitive level. Staying focused on the goal means keeping an eye on the details, with loads of analysis and feedback. You can expect a very hands on experience.
