Weekly communication via text or email + monthly in-depth data driven training analysis
1 x60min monthly phone call (call scheduling responsibility is on athlete)
48 hour response time for text and email communication
A program for the motivated athlete that focuses on utilizing proven training metrics and a physiological approach tailored for each individual.

Regular lactate and power threshold testing (Maine based athletes only)
This program will challenge any athlete looking to take their fitness to a highly competitive level. Staying focused on the goal means keeping an eye on the details, with loads of analysis and feedback. You can expect a very hands on experience.
