Coming off of not qualifying for the Tokyo Paralympic Games, I decided to make a change in coaches leading into the next 3 years ahead of the Paris Paralympic Games. I started working with Noah in 2021 as a way to reach new limits and give me the best opportunity to reach my goals. Having a friendship with Noah, I knew he was someone I could trust and would have my best intentions in mind.
In the first year working together, I saw massive gains in fitness across my power curve, as I responded well to Noah’s training philosophy. This resulted in breaking into the top 10 internationally for the first time at world cup events.
Fast forward to my second year under Noah, I won my first international race, reached the podium at multiple world cups, finished the world cup season ranked #2, and medaled at the 2023 World Championships and Para Pan American Games.
Looking ahead to 2024, Noah’s analytical and adaptive approach puts me in a great position at qualifying for my first Paralympic Games team. I have never felt better on and off the bike, and Noah is a huge reason why!
